How does payment by instalments work?
We have the following options for payment by instalments.
Online instalment payment
The invoice in instalments is issued by the invoicing company MF Group AG (POWERPAY) and is sent by post with a payment slip (CHF 2.90 per invoice) or by email for online banking (free of charge) according to your selection.
Invoices are issued on a monthly basis.
If you choose the option of monthly instalments, at least 10% of the invoice amount must be paid each time and 12% interest will be charged on the remaining amount as well as CHF 2.90 for each monthly invoice sent by post.
Your data will be checked automatically during the order process as soon as you click on continue after selecting the payment method invoice or instalment payment.
In the next step, you will see whether POWERPAY has authorised the purchase on account.
Reasons why an authorisation by POWERPAY is not successful may include the following:
Recent move to a new address.
Change of name, e.g. due to marriage.
Date of birth forgotten or entered incorrectly.
Insufficient creditworthiness or outstanding invoices with us or in other shops and online shops.
For data protection reasons, we do not see the reason for the rejection. In these cases, however, you can contact us directly here: Enquire here

Payment by instalments via POWERPAY is also possible in-store as described above.
